Who We Are:If you are a yoga instructor or teacher trainee who wants to really understand anatomy in movement – not only the names of muscles and where they are located, which asanas stretch this or that, but to truly understand how the body moves – how your body moves, we'd love to work with you. ![]() Susi Hately Aldous, is the founder of Functional Synergy yoga therapy, the Anatomy and Asana training program, and the author of Anatomy and Asana: Preventing Yoga Injuries and its supplements (Sacro-Iliac Joints, Knees, Shoulder Girdle).
